How can I use my Encore Points?

Home Resorts Reservations:      

• Use Encore Points to make reservations at The Crane Resort or Beach Houses, for any time of year and for any type of accommodation.
• Encore Points bookings are Saturday – Saturday. However, additional nights can be requested within two (2) weeks of your desired dates on a pro-rated basis.
• While we can include preferences in your request and do try to accommodate these where possible, we cannot guarantee specific buildings or residences when making Encore Points bookings.

Encore Affiliates Resort Reservations:

• Use Encore Points to book accommodation in any of our growing network of Encore Affiliate Resorts around the world! Visit affiliates.encore.club to see all available destinations as well as the Encore Points required to make reservations.
• Note: Encore Points cannot be applied against incidental charges at Encore Affiliate Resorts.

Incidental Charges:

• Encore Points can be redeemed at any of our restaurants or in-house spa, at the current exchange rate of BDS$0.76 per point*, exclusive of tax and service charges. Please note that Encore Points can not be redeemed at The General Store in The Crane Village.

* Exchange rate will change toBDS$0.XX on January 1st, 2020 and is adjusted annually consistent with any increase in the Annual Fees.
