• THIRDHOME charges nominal exchange fees ranging from US$495 - $1,395 for exchanges made through their network.

• Contact members@encore.club to convert your Encore Points to THIRDHOME Keys.
• Once THIRDHOME Keys are converted from Encore Points, they are placed on your THIRDHOME account.
• Bookings are made directly with THIRDHOME on exchange.thirdhome.com and exchange fees apply at the time of booking.
